21st Century Skills Tracker: In my classroom, beyond tracking state standards pertaining to the test, I track 21st century skills including Work Ethic, Written Language, Oral Language, Critical Thinking, Collaboration and Numeracy. Our class goal is 90% mastery in all 21st century skills. These are the skills I believe will prepare our students to one day be the leaders of a leading economic city.
