The City and AIA San Antonio challenged designers to develop an innovative design for a new river barge fleet to be constructed and in operation prior to San Antonio’s Tricentennial Celebration in 2018. A distinguished panel of jurors selected the top three proposals from a pool of 12 anonymous submissions.
