Building on a Letter of Intent signed July 2, 2015, Mayor Ivy R. Taylor and the Lord Mayor of Darmstadt, Germany Jochen Partsch will sign a Friendship Agreement that will further formalize collaboration in economic and cultural affairs development between both cities in various sectors and industries.
