Councilman Ron Nirenberg (D8), Kevin Wolff, Bexar County Commissioner, Jeff Arndt, CEO of VIA Metropolitan Transit, Doug Melnick, City of San Antonio Office of Sustainability, Marina Gavito, Executive Director of Tech Bloc gathered at Urban Ecology Center at Phil Hardberger Park to discuss the future of transportation and sustainability in San Antonio at the annual State of the District. Nirenberg also called for a substantial ‘Down Payment’ on Rail Project in 2017 Bond.
