south facades of City Hall. An automobile and a buggy are parked in front of the building that was designed
by architect Otto Kramer. In 1927, the clock tower and turret roofs were removed when a fourth story was
added. Architect Carleton W. Adams redesigned the facade to reflect the popular Spanish Colonial Revival
style. This redesign included removing the projecting entrance porch and balconies on the east and west
facades.
