The Hispanic University of America: incredible opportunity with enormous obligation  

The Sacred Heart Chapel towers over the campus of Our Lady of the Lake University on Sunday. A new $7 million Center for Children and Family building will be built on the corner of 20th and West Commerce streets.

Commentary: Postsecondary educational attainment of U.S. Hispanics 25-29 years old lags behind that of the general population.
