During the farewell reception for the honorable Gerónimo Gutiérrez as he has been appointed the Ambassador of Mexico to the United States. The reception took place and hosted by IBC Bank and also featured speeches from Ivy Taylor, Nelson Wolff, and former Consul General Hector Velasco-Monroy.
