Joseph Kopser greets the crowd after the debate.The San Antonio Chamber of Commerce hosts a debate at the Pearl Studio between candidates Chip Roy (R) and Joseph Kopser (D). The debate will be moderated by the Chamber’s 2018 Chairman of the Board Shaun Kennedy. Candidates are vying for the seat held by long-standing Congressman Lamar Smith (TX-21).
