The Battle of Flowers Parade is the oldest and largest parade during Fiesta. Perhaps, the most interesting fact is that it is not only produced entirely by women volunteers but these volunteers are credited with showcasing one of the largest parades in the United States.

The Battle of Flowers Association builds nine floats every year and the parade hosts nine public school systems, along with their entourage of pep squads, drill teams, cheerleaders, and junior ROTC programs.
