As the Nov. 3 election draws near, Gov. Greg Abbott’s order limiting counties to one drop-off location for absentee ballots has ignited a legal battle. The Travis County Tax Office on Airport Boulevard became the only drive-thru location open in the county for hand delivery of mail ballots after Abbott’s order.
